My approach to work is human-centered.
I look at people holistically and draw on the various elements of different therapeutic and advisory approaches to help you solve your specific difficulties.
Any therapeutic methods that are in my arsenal such as psychodynamic, humanistic, cognitive-behavioral therapy, positive, based on awareness. I specialize in the prevention of mental health and well-being. As a rule, these are short-term consultative-therapeutic sessions. My way of working is based on the understanding that people are more likely to be healed and developed in the context of respectful and warm relationships.

From time to time, we all struggle with complex emotions, and experiences such as depression, anxiety, and stress. Counseling psychology can help overcome your problems and help you lead a more balanced and healthy life. If you are dealing with loss, uncertainty, difficulties in relationships or just stuck and don't know where to go next, I can support you to restore your inner strength and confidence, to continue on your own. This is normal when there is a stopover.
You will speak with a psychologist in a confidential and supportive environment that will allow you to understand how you can more efficiently solve your problem.
I provide short-term and long-term psychological counseling to support people with emotional difficulties, such as:
1.Low mood and depression
2.Sorrow, loss, and loss
3.Guilt, shame and anger management
4.Post-traumatic stress disorder
5.Difficult situations at work or work
6.Low self-esteem and self-esteem

What am I not doing?
1. I do not prescribe medication
2. I do not cancel the drugs prescribed by the doctor
3. I do not give directive instructions on how you should live or act in this or that situation
How long can the consultation last?
This may require several sessions or a longer period. Usually, short-term counseling (6-12 sessions) is sufficient to receive supportive care, in one particular situation, while long-term psychotherapy is better suited for more complex problems and/or deeper personality problems. All people are different, and some people need more time than others. Sessions can be flexibly configured to meet your specific needs, for example, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or even just occasionally.

The cost of one session (90 min) - £ 50

What happens if you miss a session?
If you need to cancel the session, you will need to notify me at least one day in advance. You can do this by email or send a message to your phone. However, please note that cancellation with a notice of less than one day will incur a full fee for the session scheduled for that day. If you need to change the time of the meeting, I will try to do everything to satisfy your request.
